Samples of the same origin were grown during two seasons at five different research stations in Norway, Finland and Russia, During the project, the plants were monitored and compared regarding phonology, morphology and chemical properties.
The project has increased competence in specific plant production and enhanced creation of new production lines. It has also helped to increase the information about the effects of climate change on plants in the North.
