Objective of the project
The objective of the project was to publish the Kainuu-Vuokatti magazine, which promote the Kainuu region and its entrepreneurship. The Russian version of the magazine is going to be distributed to the Republic of Karelia with the purpose of promoting Kainuu as a potential shopping destination. Some of Karelian residents already travel to Finland for shopping and holidays. They buy mostly consumer goods. Travel services are also becoming more and more popular among Russians. The Kainuu-Vuokatti magazine will be used to advertise the Kainuu region and its services to Russian clients.
