Carelicum – development of Karelian tourism business environment and marketing

Objective of the project

The objective of the project was to promote North Karelia as a link for cross-border cooperation, tourism development and joint marketing. The region will become the gateway to Karelia and the center of Karelian tourist destinations, both in North Karelia and in the Republic of Karelia. The project will provide tourists with a presentation of available destinations in the form of new knowledge and multimedia content. The project will provide travel companies with exhibition halls and exhibition grounds.
