Objective of the project
The objective of the project was to strengthen the factors that facilitate the organization of a company specializing in Finnish wood construction in a cross-border operating environment. As a result of the project, the team of the Finnish company creates an operational model suitable for Eastern cooperation and starts construction export projects with Russian partners. The realization of the project creates opportunities for future construction projects involving Finnish construction specialists and provides education in the wood industry. The project is based on the principles of sustainable development at the pre-planning stage.
Main activities
The project was thematically implemented in four stages. These include: identifying company profiles, building team networks, picking common goals, team rules and objectives and, fourthly, identifying the strengths of the team.
