Achievements
The suspension of Russian participation in Kolarctic CBC projects made it no longer possible for the Norwegian and Finnish partners to participate in sharing data to the server located in Russia. The partners anyhow learned a lot about what it requires to build and publish a function that was pursued in the project plan.
